Financial Operations Data Analyst I

In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming our payment capabilities by ensuring seamless, secure transactions and optimizing money movement.

You will leverage your analytical skills to build and refine SQL reports, reconcile bank and system records, and maintain financial accuracy for clients. This position involves conducting complex financial investigations, partnering with stakeholders to identify root causes, and delivering impactful solutions. A key aspect of this role is driving automation and process improvement by spotting recurring issues and contributing to the modernization of Financial Operations through scalable solutions.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who can lead multiple initiatives, break down complex projects, and keep stakeholders informed. You will analyze trends, recommend process improvements, and help define requirements for new tools. Essential Skills for Success:

• Strong analytical toolkit, including advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting).
• Solid understanding of core financial concepts (debits, credits, payment funding methods).
• Preferred experience with ReconArt and coding/querying languages such as SQL or Python.
• 2-4 years of related work experience.
• BA/BS degree, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
• Location: Bangalore, India.
