This two-year program in San Diego, CA, is designed to cultivate strong technical finance skills and business acumen through structured development and diverse assignments across key areas of the CFO organization. You'll gain broad financial expertise by rotating through departments such as FP&A, Revenue and Cost Accounting, Internal Audit, Tax, Corporate Finance, and Sales Analytics. Responsibilities include supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, performing KPI tracking and P&L analysis, contributing to month-end close and financial reporting, and developing financial models. You will also engage with regulatory and control functions, gaining exposure to GAAP, IFRS, SOX compliance, and internal control frameworks.
