Role: Financial Analyst

Location: Remote

Role Overview: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to bolster Joveo's financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making. This role involves building sophisticated financial models, diligently tracking performance, and delivering critical analysis to guide leadership in resource allocation and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial reports, including detailed variance analyses.
• Support critical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes such as annual planning and rolling forecasts.
• Analyze key business performance metrics to identify significant trends and areas for attention.
• Collaborate closely with various business teams to gather essential inputs and validate financial assumptions.
• Assist in the preparation of investor reports, board materials, and ad hoc financial analyses as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and analytical techniques using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proven experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting.
• Familiarity with financial systems and Business Intelligence (BI) tools for reporting purposes.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L), balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage and analyze large, complex datasets.
• Clear and effective communication skills, capable of presenting financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
