Financial Analyst

Select Source International (SSI) in Nashville, TN, is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst. This role emphasizes in-depth financial analytics and data-driven insights over transactional tasks. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for resolving accounting discrepancies, managing financial issues, and conducting comprehensive financial assessments to ensure transactional accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving inventory and receiving discrepancies within the accounting system, closing and writing off aged work orders with appropriate documentation, and managing price maintenance and trade agreement updates. The role also involves reconciling banking and cash transactions, processing and resolving customer and vendor settlements, and investigating settlement variances in line with financial policies. The Financial Analyst will support business-to-business account reconciliations, perform bad debt assessments and write-offs, execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for financial systems, and conduct post-release validation to confirm system accuracy and transaction integrity.
