Financial Analyst Intern

Token Metrics is seeking a talented Financial Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This 3-month, unpaid, evaluative internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced crypto analytics environment, with the potential for future employment based on company needs.

As a Financial Analyst Intern, you will dive deep into analyzing vast amounts of financial data, preparing comprehensive accounting and financial reports, and conducting essential research on macroeconomic and microeconomic conditions. Your responsibilities will include evaluating capital expenditures, asset depreciation, and establishing/evaluating financial records, statements, and profit plans.

You will play a key role in identifying financial performance trends and risks, formulating recommendations for improvement, and collaborating with other finance team members, including risk analysts, to review financial information and forecasts. A significant part of your role will involve developing financial models and making robust financial forecasts.

To thrive in this role, you should possess proven knowledge of various financial forecasting, corporate finance models, and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP). A Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field is required, along with demonstrated experience in the financial industry. Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, financial software applications, and G-Suite is essential. Strong presentation, reporting, and communication skills are crucial, as are proven leadership abilities and a deep understanding of the financial system and institutions.
