Fort Technologies is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This permanent job position offers a competitive salary range of INR 250,000-1,300,000 and is ideal for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial data analysis to provide actionable insights for strategic business decision-making across our Delhi, Kolkata, and Mumbai offices.
• Prepare and present clear financial reports, insightful dashboards, and compelling presentations for diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform detailed variance analysis to identify emerging trends, significant gaps, and valuable business opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the utmost accuracy and consistency of financial data throughout the organization.
• Support the meticulous preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and sophisticated financial modeling exercises.
• Monitor critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver practical, actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports to ensure compliance.

Required Technical Skills:

• Demonstrated strong knowledge of core Financial Analysis techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and other essential functions.
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial modeling concepts.
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with financial software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is preferred.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field is required.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and meticulous attention-to-detail skills.
