Position Summary:
New American Funding (NAF) seeks a Financial Data Analyst to lead efforts in transforming data into consistent reporting and analysis for decision-making. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are essential.
About the role
- Support financial data transformation by designing standard dashboards, centralized reporting packages, and KPI reports while ensuring accuracy.
- Drive the transition from legacy Excel tools to Power BI as the primary reporting platform.
- Develop financial schedules for divisional analysis and review.
- Collaborate with business units and leadership to ensure reporting suites are fit-for-purpose and identify process improvements.
- Build sustainable finance tools that enable operational excellence across teams.
- Maintain data integrity through proactive administration of planning tools, including validation and resolving discrepancies between sources.
- Write documentation for system protocols, update procedures, and create training materials.
