Financial Analyst

Getfive Advisors Pvt Ltd., a SEBI-registered merchant banking firm based in Mumbai and Ahmedabad, is seeking a Financial Analyst for its Ahmedabad office. This permanent position reports directly to the Managing Director.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for financial analysis and related processes for upcoming financial advisory and merchant banking deals. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth industry research, peer benchmarking, and market analysis. The role involves performing financial analysis and valuation, building and maintaining robust financial models, projections, and sensitivity analyses. Furthermore, the Financial Analyst will support senior bankers in preparing pitch decks, client proposals, and transaction structuring.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Semi-qualified CA, or MBA in Finance.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong financial modeling skills are essential.
• A sharp analytical mindset, a commitment to accuracy, and strong business acumen are required.
