Join TD Bank in Royersford, PA, as a Financial Advisor and provide expert financial planning guidance and investment management solutions. As a key point of contact for TD Wealth clients, you will deliver legendary service, drive client retention, and facilitate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment sales.
• Deliver exceptional, customer-centric service to maximize client retention and growth.
• Manage the end-to-end client onboarding experience, including discovery, needs analysis, and documentation.
• Partner with colleagues to promote lead generation and business development.
• Effectively manage goals, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure all new and existing clients receive a robust planning experience, including proactive Annual Client Review (ACR) meetings.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for TD Wealth clients, identifying opportunities to collaborate with Retail and Small Business/Commercial partners.
• Implement and execute a differentiated service model to enhance the TD Wealth client experience.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Deepen client relationships by anticipating needs and recommending appropriate Wealth solutions to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
• Identify referral opportunities within your portfolio and network for Retail and Small Business/Commercial partners.
• Ensure all business activities are compliant with federal, state, SRO regulations, and firm policies.
• Maintain all required Continuing Education and understand TD Bank & TD Wealth Policies and Procedures.
• Adhere to TD's Customer Identification Program (CIP) and related AML procedures.
• Identify and transition higher-threshold clients to appropriate HNW Wealth partners.
• Foster a positive and constructive work environment, supporting the overall Wealth team.
• Provide coaching, referral training, and ongoing feedback to Retail and Small Business staff.
• Contribute individually and as a team member, mentoring new Financial Advisors to ensure strong performance, collaboration, and enthusiasm.
• Represent TD Wealth professionally to the public and engage in community initiatives.
