AquSag Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Finance Expert for a dynamic, full-time remote contractual/freelancing role based in Noida, India. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply deep financial domain knowledge in analyzing images and videos, crafting challenging finance questions, and directly impacting a cutting-edge technology-driven business project. You will be responsible for reviewing diverse financial content, developing advanced domain-specific questions, accurately tagging tasks, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure content accuracy. Staying updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and optimizing question quality based on expert feedback are key responsibilities. The role requires compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks throughout the annotation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review diverse financial content in image and video formats with precision and rigor.
• Develop advanced, domain-specific questions that demand true finance expertise to solve.
• Tag each task accurately by category and subcategory to ensure optimal routing to answering experts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other domain experts to uphold content accuracy and relevance.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to inform question creation and content tagging.
• Continuously assess and optimize the quality and difficulty level of crafted questions based on expert feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks throughout the annotation process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in financial modeling, financial analysis, and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and modern financial reporting tools.
• Strong grounding in budgeting, accounting principles, and data analysis.
• Experience with cost optimization and technology-driven business environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, particularly in crafting detailed, high-level questions.
• Demonstrated project and stakeholder management experience in consulting or financial roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience in finance-related annotation, assessment, or question generation.
• Background working with regulatory compliance in global finance contexts.
• Familiarity with expert-level crowdsourcing or remote expert consulting projects.
