Job Role: We are seeking a strategic Finance Business Partner to act as a key financial advisor to our business teams. Key responsibilities include driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, as well as improving profitability and cost efficiency across the organization. You will monitor business performance and key financial metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to leadership teams. The role also supports commercial and operational finance activities, ensuring financial objectives align with overall business goals, and assists in risk management and financial control processes to enhance financial reporting and decision-making frameworks.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert financial guidance to business and operational teams.
  • Support management in strategic planning and critical business decisions.
  • Prepare and meticulously manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Analyze financial reports to identify actionable business improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and operational performance closely.
  • Deliver accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports and performance dashboards to leadership.

  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
