Finance Analyst II

Teleperformance (TP) is seeking a skilled Finance Analyst II specializing in Accounts Payable (AP) for our international operations based in Gurugram. This role requires a strong finance and accounting background, coupled with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. You will play a crucial part in our global financial operations, contributing to business growth and efficiency.

• Analyze financial data and reports to identify key trends and opportunities for improvement within AP processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic business decisions and financial planning.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enhance profitability.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform and refine business strategies.
• Prepare and meticulously review financial statements and reports for presentation to management and board meetings.
• Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs in the AP department.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with a preference for experience in a similar AP role.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of core financial concepts, including accounting principles, financial modeling techniques, and data analysis methodologies.
• Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial insights clearly.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and consistently meet demanding deadlines.
• Be proficient in using financial software and systems, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
