Figma Designer

About the Role:

Turning product requirements into usable solutions lies at the heart of this position. You will take rough problem statements or feature asks and transform them through user flows, wireframes, clickable interactive prototypes, and finally high-fidelity screens ready for engineering implementation.

Location & Team:

This is a full-time onsite role in Bengaluru joining MailerMen's small product team. In this environment, you own entire features rather than fragments: participating in scope decisions early, making key interface calls, and watching your designs go live on startup-focused job boards.

Level & Skills:

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of UI/UX or product design experience with fluency in Figma (prototyping, components, handoff) and the confidence to question assumptions before designing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes and user flows.
• Design high-fidelity web and application interfaces.
• Create interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Develop reusable design components.
• Maintain robust design systems.
• Build responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Translate product requirements into user-friendly designs effectively.
• Collaborate closely with developers during implementation phases.
• Provide developer-ready design handoffs.
• Review implemented designs to provide timely visual feedback.
• Research and apply modern UI/UX design practices.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 2-4 years of professional UI/UX or product design experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Figma tools.
• Deep understanding of typography, spacing, layout grids, and visual hierarchy principles.
• Solid experience in wireframing and prototyping workflows.
• Proficient knowledge of responsive design patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to create design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
