Field Territory Engineer – Business Development / Technical Sales

MSD Facilitators is seeking a motivated Field Territory Engineer (FTE) with 2-6 years of experience to drive business development and technical sales within the Delhi NCR region. This role is crucial for client acquisition and revenue generation across various manufacturing industries, including Electronics, Machinery, Consumer Appliances, Automobile, and Electrical sectors.

The FTE will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting field visits, engaging with clients, and providing technical expertise. Collaboration with pre-sales and engineering teams is essential to address client inquiries and technical requirements effectively. The position requires developing and executing strategic plans to meet business and revenue targets within assigned territories and fostering strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities include managing the sales process from lead generation to closure, understanding customer needs, and aligning SOLIDWORKS product offerings with their requirements. A strong ability to achieve goals in a dynamic, high-growth environment is expected.

Qualifications: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

Skills: Proven experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or Technical Sales. Excellent client interaction, presentation, and communication skills. Comfort with extensive field travel and territory management. Prior exposure to engineering products, CAD, automation, or industrial solutions is preferred. A valid driving license and a two-wheeler are mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Backgrounds as a Sales Engineer, Application Engineer, or BD Engineer are highly desirable. Experience in handling B2B and manufacturing clients, with the ability to manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
