Role Overview
We are seeking a bilingual Field Technology Specialist to deliver hands-on technical support and training for our field-facing systems. This role acts as the critical bridge between the workforce on the ground and payroll systems, requiring roughly half of your time spent in the field providing direct assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert level one troubleshooting, training, and adoption guidance for system users (English/Spanish).
- Cultivate feedback loops to identify process improvements and drive necessary system enhancements alongside Product Owners.
Requirements
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Candidates must possess solid experience with hands-on technical support, user training adoption strategies, on-site presence (Midlothian, Virginia), and the ability to gather actionable feedback for continuous process improvement.
