Field Services Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer for our team at Ubiqedge Technology Pvt. Ltd., located in Powai, Mumbai. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment at client sites across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Install, configure, and test hardware systems at customer locations safely and efficiently.
• Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine inspections to identify faults and execute necessary repairs promptly.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex technical issues using your knowledge of electrical/electronic principles.
• Customer Support: Provide clear guidance on product usage, answer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Site Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely service delivery for our Mumbai metro area clients.
