Field Service Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. In this hybrid role based in Wilmington, NC, you will serve as a primary escalation point for technical issues while providing critical on-site service.

Your Impact:

• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Act as the lead expert for complex hardware, software, and network challenges across Windows, Mac, Linux environments.
• On-Site Excellence: Perform diagnostics, repairs, system upgrades, and VoIP deployments at client locations with a flexible schedule requiring up to 75% travel.
• Client Success: Build lasting relationships by training end-users, managing expectations, and ensuring high satisfaction through proactive communication.
• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Network Operations and Technical Account Management teams to implement effective solutions.

Tech Stack & Tools:

You will leverage proficiency in network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and utilize PSA systems like Autotask for accurate documentation. Strong certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are highly valued.
