Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Home Try-On (Refractionist)

Lenskart is seeking dynamic and customer-focused Field Sales Executives in Pune to join our Home Try-On department. In this role, you will bring premium eyewear solutions directly to our customers, performing professional eye power checks and facilitating personalized shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct up to 5 customer appointments daily, scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
• Perform on-site eye examinations and assist customers with frame and lens selection.
• Manage a company-provided kit (weighing approximately 15 kg) using your own two-wheeler.
• Drive sales conversions through a blend of company-provided leads (60%) and self-generated prospects (40%).

Training & Development

• Receive a comprehensive 1-month paid training program, including 25 days of classroom instruction on refraction fundamentals, sales techniques, and equipment handling, followed by practical field shadowing.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler.
• Age: Up to 35 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for field sales.
• Physical ability to carry equipment kit bag during field appointments.
