Full Job Description
As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of digital screens by conducting regular customer visits for support and maintenance. This role requires meticulous execution of all tasks, including repairs, installations, and customer training, strictly adhering to established guidelines. You must be available and willing to respond to emergency call-outs, providing swift and efficient service to our clients. A key part of this role involves collaborating closely with customers to develop Functional and Design Specifications. You will act as a technical liaison, maintaining a responsive and service-oriented interface with clients. Furthermore, you will coordinate with the Manager of the Field Applications Engineering team to prioritize, set up, conduct tests, and generate reports for the application testing of both new and existing products. A valid bike or any two-wheeler is mandatory for this position.
