Field Executive

Cocopocco is seeking a dedicated Field Executive to drive sales and market presence in Delhi, India. This role is crucial for expanding our reach within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of seller engagement, and a passion for product promotion.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard new sellers and retailers to expand our distribution network.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing sellers to ensure continued success.
• Strategize and execute marketing initiatives for company products within an assigned territory.
• Conduct on-ground marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and product adoption.
• Consistently achieve targets for sales and seller onboarding.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in FMCG field sales is essential.
• Demonstrate strong communication and exceptional negotiation skills.
• Must possess a personal bike and a valid driving license for territory travel.
