Field Engineer

About the Role: The Field Engineer is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting customers and internal teams with technical implementation and maintenance of the Taxcart platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in customer environments.
• Provide field service support for integration, configuration, and product deployment across various systems.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and test solutions.
• Ensure stable, secure, and efficient performance of the platform.
• Document technical processes and communicate status updates clearly.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting and technical support skills, effective communication abilities (written and verbal), field service experience in remote implementation or on-site coordination, and project management capabilities to track timelines and dependencies. Experience with APIs, SaaS platforms, ERP/checkout integrations, tax systems, or financial applications is highly valued.

A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or equivalent practical experience is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset are essential for success.
