Field Engineer

As a Field Engineer specializing in EPMS at Rohde & Schwarz in Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana, India, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful deployment and operation of our advanced solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of field activities, including installation, integration, system operation, and the execution of Acceptance Testing Procedures (ATP). You will play a crucial role in maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) during Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), conducting field trials, and performing product demonstrations.

This role demands significant on-site presence, with potential travel both within India and internationally. You will be deeply involved in the technical aspects of projects, taking ownership and driving them to successful completion. As a key member of our Engineering, Project Management, and Field Support teams, you will leverage your strong technical acumen to handle complex topics, manage time-bound activities efficiently, and collaborate effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications from a reputable university with a strong academic record.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of overall experience in similar technology, solutions, or customer domains, with a demonstrated ability to grow business.
• Exposure to Signal Intelligence solutions is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in field operations.
• Willingness to undertake on-site jobs and travel extensively within and outside India.
• Familiarity with Indian Defence and Government of India customers is a significant advantage.
