Field Engineer

As a Field Engineer specializing in EPMS at Rohde & Schwarz in Delhi, India, you will be instrumental in the successful deployment and maintenance of our advanced systems. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of critical field activities, including the installation, integration, and system operation of EPMS solutions, as well as conducting Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP). You will ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) during Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and play a key role in conducting field trials and customer demonstrations. This role requires a significant amount of on-site work, with potential for travel both domestically within India and internationally. You will be a vital team member, contributing to our Engineering, Project Management, and Field Support departments, taking ownership of technical aspects of projects and demonstrating expertise in handling complex technical topics within time-bound constraints, working both independently and collaboratively. A key aspect of this position involves working effectively with diverse teams and fostering strong, positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications from a reputable university, supported by a strong academic record.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of comprehensive experience in similar technologies, solutions, or customer domains, with a demonstrated ability to contribute to business growth.
• Exposure to Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) solutions is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in field operations is essential.
• Demonstrated high personal integrity, a strong team-player attitude, and a growth mindset are expected.
• Familiarity with Indian Defence and Government of India customers is a significant advantage.
• A willingness to undertake onsite assignments and travel extensively within and outside India is mandatory.
