Position Overview
Keyence India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Field Engineer for its GBD division. This role involves providing essential technical support to customers, managing system installations, and resolving complex technical issues for Keyence Vision (VIS) products. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and practical field experience. This is a permanent role requiring 6 working days a week with Sundays off.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site customer support, including system setup and product installation.
- Execute thorough troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of technical challenges.
- Ensure the seamless implementation and optimal operation of Vision System (VIS) solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and service teams to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed service reports and all relevant documentation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to customers as needed.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction through prompt service and superior quality.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Engineering.
- Experience: 15 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Vision Systems (VIS), strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, hands-on experience in installation and field service.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and a local Indian language.
- Other Requirements: Age up to 30 years, male candidate preferred. Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities are essential. Must be willing and able to travel for field assignments.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA (CTC).
- Deductions: Provident Fund (PF) at 12% of basic salary, Labour Welfare Fund (₹25/month), Income Tax as per the Income Tax Act.
- Insurance: Group Accident Insurance (₹10 Lakhs), Medical Insurance (₹3 Lakhs per annum for employee, spouse, and children).
- Leave Encashment: For unused leaves as per company policy.
