FEA Analyst - Pune

About the Role
As an FEA Analyst, you will be instrumental in performing structural and thermo-mechanical analyses. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting product design and validation processes using industry-leading FEA tools. This position is ideal for a candidate passionate about applying simulation techniques to enhance product performance and durability in the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structural analysis, including thermo-mechanical, metal forming, and durability studies.
- Execute linear and non-linear structural analysis, vibration analysis, thermal shock, and impact analysis.
- Utilize FEA simulations to guide product design and validation efforts.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement design modifications for improved performance and durability.
- Perform CAD modeling using Creo or CATIA for simulation setup.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of structural mechanics and heat transfer; experience with heat exchangers is a plus.
- Hands-on proficiency in FEA tools such as Ansys or Abaqus.
- Proficiency in CAD modeling (Creo / CATIA).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and time management abilities.
Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune, India.
Experience Required: 1-2 years preferred.
Educational Qualification: B.E. / Masters in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in FEA Analysis.
