Farm Supervisor

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Farm Supervisor for our state-of-the-art farm near Rajanukunte, Yelahanka. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in modern agriculture while working with exotic vegetables.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Direct participation in day-to-day crop production from planting to harvesting
• Routine scouting for pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies across soil and hydroponic beds
• Precision management of fertigation and irrigation schedules
• Daily planning and supervision of farm labour operations
• Accurate collection of operational data using emerging digital tools
• Maintenance of strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Support for trials involving new crops and innovative growing methods
