Faculty

This is a full-time, on-site Faculty position in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive lesson planning, preparation, and delivery to diverse student groups, ensuring alignment with the established course curriculum. Key duties include student assessment and feedback, active participation in curriculum development, and ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest teaching methodologies and subject matter advancements. Supporting students' holistic academic growth and fostering collaborative relationships with colleagues are essential components of this role.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated strong subject matter expertise in a relevant academic domain.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive, and innovative lesson plans.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience in mentoring, academic counseling, and student support is highly valued.
• Capacity for collaborative work within an academic setting and contribution to curriculum enhancement.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant discipline is required; a PhD is considered a strong asset.
• Previous teaching experience is preferred.
