Facets Developer

UST is seeking experienced FACETS Developers with strong Healthcare Payer and TriZetto FACETS expertise to support enterprise-scale transformation, enhancement, modernisation, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in one or more FACETS functional areas, including Provider, Networks and Pricing, Membership, Billing and Plan Configuration, or Claims and Encounters.

This role requires a combination of FACETS functional knowledge, technical development expertise, advanced SQL capabilities, and experience building custom FACETS extensions and integrations. The successful candidate will work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain solutions within the TriZetto FACETS platform.
• Participate in end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Develop and support custom FACETS extensions, integrations, and interface solutions.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical designs and application solutions.
• Develop solutions across one or more of the following functional areas: Provider, Network Management and Pricing Group, Membership, Billing and Class/Plan Configuration, Claims Processing and Encounters.
• Create and optimise complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation processes.
• Support FACETS batch job development, troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimisation.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues related to FACETS applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to ensure successful implementation of business requirements.
• Participate in system integration testing, UAT support, release management, and deployment activities.
• Support FACETS implementations, upgrade initiatives, regulatory mandates, and modernisation programs.
• Follow Agile delivery practices and actively participate in sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on TriZetto FACETS development experience.
• Experience working in Healthcare Payer environments.
• Proven experience supporting FACETS implementation and enhancement projects.
• Strong development experience in the TriZetto FACETS platform.
• Hands-on experience in one or more FACETS functional areas: Provider, Networks and Pricing Group, Membership, Billing and Class/Plan, Claims and Encounters.
• Strong understanding of: FACETS Front-End Functionality, FACETS Batch Processes, FACETS Backend Data Models, FACETS Configuration and Extensions.
• Advanced SQL development and performance tuning skills.
• Strong. NET development experience.
• Experience developing and supporting FACETS customisations and extensions.
• Experience troubleshooting complex production issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.
• Experience working in healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with Healthcare Payer business processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Exposure to FACETS upgrade and modernisation programs.
• Knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, web services, and healthcare data exchanges.
• Agile/Scrum development experience.
