EY is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Transaction Diligence team in Gurgaon, India. In this role, you will be instrumental throughout the full transactional lifecycle, with a deep understanding of diligence adjustments. You will manage 1-2 projects concurrently, contributing to the execution of these engagements and playing a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, executional, and interpersonal skills, along with a foundational understanding of Alteryx, Power BI, and Generative AI. Technical knowledge of US GAAP is also required, and a collaborative team-player attitude is essential.
