Join EY's Data and Analytics team as a Manager for AI and Generative AI (GenAI) in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this role, you will contribute to developing and delivering cutting-edge client solutions across Data Mining, Visualization, Business Analytics, Automation, and AI/GenAI.

This opportunity involves creating industry-specific solutions, particularly for Financial Services, Consumer & Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Telecom, and Real Estate sectors, to implement EY's SaT (Strategy and Transactions) mergers and acquisition methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and implement solutions using AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, including Python API development.
• Leverage Big Data and Visualization skills to enhance project outcomes.
• Lead the development and implementation of Generative AI applications utilizing both open-source (Llama, BERT, Dolly) and closed-source (OpenAI GPT, Azure Cognitive Services, Google's Palm, Cohere) Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Work extensively with advanced LLMs like GPT-3.5, GPT 4, Llama, and BERT for Natural Language Processing and creative content generation.
• Design and optimize solutions with Vector Databases for efficient LLM data storage and retrieval.
• Understand business needs and sector-specific opportunities for advanced analytics applications.
• Manage large to mid-size projects, ensuring smooth service delivery across products, engagements, and geographies.
• Collaborate with project managers to assess resource needs and identify gaps.
• Provide expert reviews for all AI/GenAI projects.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional and competency teams.
• Engage in Go-to-Market strategies and stakeholder management.

Qualifications:

• Experience guiding teams on AI/Data Science projects and client communication.
• Familiarity with implementing solutions in Azure Cloud Framework.
• Excellent Presentation Skills.
• 9-14 years of relevant work experience in developing and implementing AI, Machine Learning Models, with Azure deployment experience preferred.
• Experience applying statistical techniques (Regression, Classification, Optimization, Forecasting, Text Analytics).
• Familiarity with deep learning and machine learning algorithms and AI/ML frameworks.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with NLG, LLM, and DL Techniques.
• Relevant understanding of Deep Learning and neural network techniques.
• Expertise in implementing applications using open-source and proprietary LLM models.
• Proficiency in using Langchain or similar Generative AI workflow management tools.
• Minimum 5-8 years of programming experience in Python.
• Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and product development principles.
• Willingness to mentor team members.
• Solid technical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
