EY is seeking a talented Staff professional for its GDS Consulting team in Kolkata, specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI. This role involves contributing to the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Contributions:

• Design and implement advanced AI solutions, with a focus on Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
• Develop and deploy AI models and systems, leveraging state-of-the-art generative AI techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and define project objectives for AI initiatives.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI, including LLMs, and assess their applicability to enterprise challenges.
• Utilize generative AI and LLMs to create innovative solutions for various industry use cases.
• Integrate with essential APIs and libraries, such as Azure OpenAI GPT models and Hugging Face Transformers, to enhance generative AI capabilities.
• Implement and optimize end-to-end pipelines for generative AI projects, ensuring efficient data processing and model deployment.
• Work with vector databases like Redis and NoSQL databases for managing large-scale generative AI datasets and outputs.
• Implement similarity search algorithms for efficient retrieval of information from generative AI outputs.
• Partner with domain experts, stakeholders, and clients to understand business needs and tailor generative AI solutions.
• Research and evaluate advanced AI techniques like transfer learning, domain adaptation, and model compression to improve performance and efficiency.
• Establish evaluation metrics to assess the quality, coherence, and relevance of generative AI outputs for enterprise use cases.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and ethical considerations in AI applications.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Ph.D. is a plus.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of NLP techniques and frameworks (e.g., BERT, GPT, Transformer models).
