Role: Senior AI MLOps Engineer (EY-GDS Consulting-AIA)

About the Opportunity

EY is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join our AI & Data Consulting team. You will drive AI-driven transformations, focusing on operationalizing Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions at scale. Your core mission involves building, deploying, monitoring, and governing ML and LLM-based systems across the full lifecycle, ensuring reliability, scalability, performance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• MLOps / LLMOps Engineering: Design end-to-end pipelines covering experimentation to retraining. Operationalize models for high-availability production environments. Implement best practices for versioning and reproducibility.
• CI/CD And Automation: Develop CI/CD/CT pipelines specifically tailored for ML and GenAI workloads. Automate packaging, deployment, validation, and rollback processes integrated with enterprise DevOps toolchains.
• API And Model Serving: Deploy REST-based inference services using Python frameworks (Flask/FastAPI) to enable scalable serving for both batch and real-time use cases.
• Governance & Responsible AI: Monitor performance, detect data drift, and support governance controls including robustness and explainability. Enable continuous feedback loops.

Skills Required

Tech Stack: Python, Flask/FastAPI, CI/CD tools, MLOps platforms (Azure ML/AWS SageMaker preferred), Feature stores, Experiment tracking.

Experience Level: 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning with strong production delivery exposure. Experience with Agentic AI and process mining is highly valued.
