About the Role

EY-Consulting is seeking a skilled Senior professional for its AI Enabled Automation team, specializing in Conversational AI. This role focuses on designing and developing AI-driven chatbot solutions leveraging Python and JavaScript, with a strong emphasis on generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust AI chatbot solutions using Python.
• Utilize JavaScript to enhance chatbot functionalities and user interactions.
• Implement and maintain integrations with conversational AI platforms and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and meet project objectives.
• Apply generative AI (GenAI) techniques to create dynamic and contextually relevant conversations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and software development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Python Developer with a focus on AI and chatbot technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with front-end frameworks.
• Understanding of generative AI concepts and their application in conversational interfaces.
• Experience with NLP, machine learning libraries, and frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio or examples of previous work in Conversational AI is highly desirable.

Skills

• Expertise in Python programming and conversational AI development.
• Strong JavaScript skills with the ability to write client-side logic.
• Knowledge of GenAI and its application in creating engaging user experiences.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
