Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) Consulting team as a Senior AI and Data professional specializing in Talend in Kolkata, West Bengal. This role is within the Information Technology Business Unit, specifically in the Architecture & Enterprise Services Department, focusing on Business Intelligence Engineering. You will be a key member of the Enterprise Data & Corporate Technology (EDCT) Claw Team, responsible for maintaining the firm's business intelligence tools and data warehouse.

As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will architect and build robust data pipelines using your expertise in SQL and Data Analysis on our Snowflake data warehouse. Your responsibilities will include developing data pipelines based on enterprise-wide requirements and source data, actively participating in design, testing, and requirements meetings, and ensuring clear communication throughout the process. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, modern data warehousing principles (ELT/ETL, warehousing workloads, automation), Jira, and source code/release management is expected.

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 5 years of related experience, holding a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Key technical skills include advanced SQL, Snowflake, Data Analysis, and modern data warehousing practices. Prior experience with Snowflake (or comparable platforms), BI development, data testing and reconciliation, Liquibase, and Jenkins are considered advantageous.
