Our Data and Analytics team within FSO addresses significant challenges and opportunities, delivering exceptional business outcomes and embedding robust analytical practices into client decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
This role requires strong data visualization development experience and the ability to:
- Contribute effectively as both a team player and an individual throughout the design, development, and delivery phases, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and contribute to the development of optimal solutions.
- Develop new client capabilities through visualization dashboards using tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Qliksense, and Tableau.
- Support organizational initiatives and operational activities.
- Ensure continuous knowledge management and participate in internal learning and development trainings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications, or Business Administration (BE/BTech/MCA/MBA) with 3-6 years of industry experience.
Technical Skills Requirements
Must-have skills:
- Extensive experience in visualization design and development using Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI.
- Proven experience in designing and building dashboard automation processes and organizing analytical findings into clear presentations.
- Solid foundational understanding and hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata).
- Ability to work independently on analytical projects, including drafting SQL queries.
- Excellent aptitude for learning business concepts, data, GUI tools, and analytical techniques.
- Skill in interpreting and presenting data to communicate findings and insights effectively.
Good-to-have skills:
- Good understanding of Data Management concepts and Data Strategy.
- Significant experience with data preparation tools like Alteryx.
- Knowledge of data concepts such as Data Warehouses, Data Marts, data extraction, preparation processes, and Data Modeling.
- Understanding of the importance of Data Governance and Data Security.
- Experience in the Banking and Capital Markets domains.
