Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) Consulting team as a Senior AI and Data Specialist focusing on Lifesciences Commercial Analytics in Kolkata, India. We are seeking an experienced commercial analytics specialist to enhance our life sciences team's capabilities. This role is pivotal in driving commercial excellence and strategy across US, EU, and other global markets. A deep understanding of the US healthcare landscape, pharmaceutical data sources, and the ability to deliver actionable insights are essential for informing commercial strategy and execution.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of omnichannel strategies by integrating new capabilities that support data-driven marketing. Demonstrate proficiency in executing and measuring omnichannel marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical products.
- Develop cohesive marketing plans that utilize multiple channels to deliver a seamless, measurable, and optimizable customer experience, with a focus on results-driven performance marketing.
- Create, execute, and enhance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Analyze data and insights to understand customer behavior, measure campaign performance, and identify optimization opportunities, prioritizing measurable outcomes and maximizing ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, IT, etc.) to align omnichannel initiatives, ensuring clear communication and active listening to stakeholder needs and concerns.
