We are looking for a seasoned Data Science Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning to lead our AI team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in NLP, Transformers, Generative AI, Responsible AI, and MLOps, coupled with experience deploying AI solutions across various cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the AI team in developing and implementing advanced AI/ML solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation to deployment, including prioritization and resource management.
• Utilize expertise in Python, NLP, Transformers, and Generative AI to drive technical innovation.
• Leverage cloud platforms like AWS for deployment and integrate MLOps practices for enhanced model development and monitoring.
• Architect scalable, reliable, and high-performing AI systems that integrate with existing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical questions and foster a data-driven culture.
• Mentor team members, promote professional growth, and cultivate a culture of innovation.
• Uphold ethical standards in AI practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability.
• Communicate complex technical details effectively to diverse audiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Ph.D. preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, including a successful leadership role.
• Expertise in Python programming and AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Comprehensive understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and hands-on experience with Transformer architectures.
• Proficiency in leveraging AWS cloud platforms (S3, EC2, Lambda, RDS, Glue, Sagemaker, EMR, Step Functions) for AI solution deployment.
• Solid grasp of MLOps concepts and practical experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Capability in architecting and executing CI/CD workflows and managing infrastructure as code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, NLP techniques, and Transformer-based model implementations.
• Proficiency in MLOps methodologies, including LLMOps.
• Experience developing APIs using frameworks like FastAPI.
• Understanding of container orchestration (AWS EKS) and familiarity with infrastructure frameworks like Bedrock.
• Expertise in AI governance and managing risk and compliance for AI deployment.
• Proven ability to champion ethical decision-making in AI development and operations.
