Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) Consulting team in Bengaluru as a Data Modeler - Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and developing analytical data models that drive enterprise-level insights and operational reporting. You will work within hybrid data environments, integrating traditional data stores like SQL Server and Oracle DB with modern cloud platforms such as Azure and Databricks.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into robust data models. You will design and develop logical and physical data models, migrate and optimize existing models to the cloud, and establish data modeling standards and best practices. You'll also conduct data profiling, collaborate with data engineers and BI developers, and document your work comprehensively.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8-11 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 5 years in data modeling. Proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio, ERwin), and familiarity with Azure cloud services and Databricks are essential. A strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and excellent analytical and communication skills are required to succeed in this role.
