BMW Techworks India Private Limited is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Expert Cloud Security Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in cloud security principles and a proven ability to design and implement robust, secure cloud architectures.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure cloud architectures across various cloud platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability testing to proactively identify and mitigate potential security threats.
• Develop, implement, and enforce stringent cloud security policies and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of security measures into cloud-based systems.
• Continuously stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in cloud security.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support on all cloud security-related matters.

Job Requirements

• A strong understanding of core cloud computing concepts, including identity and access management (IAM) and encryption techniques.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud security frameworks and relevant compliance regulations such as HIPAA and PCI-DSS.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in security engineering, such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• The ability to thrive and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts clearly.
