Exercise Analyst

The Opportunity

The Cyber Defense organization, a part of Information Security, supports over 330,000 individuals across 140+ countries in accessing systems and information securely. As a member of the Cyber Defense process and methods team, you will contribute to reporting, lessons learned, intake, process documentation, and development, as well as supporting Cyber Defense leadership requests and initiatives. Your Key Responsibilities

A primary responsibility will be executing the tabletop and red team testing and exercise program in collaboration with the Cyber Defense team. You will work directly with key stakeholders and Cyber team leaders to design realistic, effective, and meaningful tests aimed at stressing, developing, and enhancing the overall Cyber Defense program's capabilities.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Expert knowledge of red teaming, tabletop exercises, cyber incident response, and threat intelligence processes
• Experience in test documentation, red team report creation, threat intelligence report creation, and analysis for red teaming
• Proficiency in information technology/security and in writing technical documentation, including manuals, policies, and procedures

Ideally, You'll Also Have

• Good time management skills
• Versatility and ability to present to technical audiences
• Knowledge of TIBER-EU
