ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and global industry trends impacting local startups.
• Participate in rigorous code reviews to improve code quality, performance, and scalability for our clients.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to enhance the functionality of responsive web applications.
• Contribute to strategic planning and execution of project timelines aligned with company goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a trait highly valued in Gurgaon's competitive tech landscape.
• Possess 1-2 years of proven experience utilizing core web development technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+.
• Display familiarity with popular web development frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular to build modern SPAs.
• Show genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and applying new coding languages relevant to the Indian startup scene.
• Maintain excellent ability to work collaboratively in diverse team environments common in Gurugram.
• Exhibit outstanding communication skills suitable for cross-functional interactions with stakeholders across India.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or an equivalent technical field from a recognized Indian university.
• Showcase previous internship experience or personal projects demonstrating practical web development capabilities.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of front-end architectures and component-based design patterns widely used today.
• Understand the fundamentals of version control systems like Git for effective team collaboration on codebases.
• Familiarize yourself with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or PHP to support full-stack initiatives in Gurugram.
