Executive / Sr. Executive MEP

MEP Project Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive / Sr. Executive MEP to join our team in Pune (Hinjewadi). This role is crucial for overseeing and managing all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works within our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all project management aspects for Electrical/Mechanical works.
• Manage and supervise onsite MEP operations.
• Undertake detailed short-term planning and site coordination aligned with the master program.
• Support and guide the project team in preparing progress reporting documents.
• Ensure timely availability of all necessary information and materials at the site.
• Oversee proper storage of materials and ensure installation without damage.
• Arrange for required tools and equipment to be available onsite.
• Control the quality and technical correctness of installations according to the project quality assurance plan.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely, adhering to the project safety plan.
• Coordinate effectively with the main contractor and other subcontractors onsite.
• Set productivity targets and monitor the workforce's output at site.
• Organize skills development and training for foremen and site workforce.
• Monitor the production and quality of subcontractor works.
• Measure and verify site works for billing purposes, identify additional works, and advise the Project Manager.
• Identify and report any project delays to the Project Manager.
• Implement the inspection and test plan, obtaining supervising engineer approval at each stage.
• Maintain records of changes to working drawings for the production of record drawings.
• Manage system testing and commissioning.

This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership and technical skills, dedicated to delivering high-quality MEP installations.
