Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Administer LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and perform basic firewall configurations.
- Manage user accounts, Active Directory, and provide support for Office 365 and email systems.
- Monitor server performance, system backups, and ensure antivirus and security compliance.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including IP cameras, DVR/NVR devices, and remote monitoring solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to CCTV connectivity, recording, and storage.
- Maintain an up-to-date IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and support services.
- Provide support for biometric and access control systems.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Hands-on experience with network hardware such as routers and switches, and with CCTV systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electronics.
- CCNA or MCSA certification is preferred.
