About Core Business Services (CBS) - Talent Acquisition & Learning (TAL)
As a part of Core Business Services (CBS), you will collaborate with various teams to provide knowledge, resources, and tools that empower the wider firm. This enables us to deliver exceptional client service, gain a competitive edge, and drive firm growth and profitability. Key CBS functions include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Aid Services, Administrative Services, Brand, Marketing and Communications, and Quality and Risk Management.
Within these teams, you will have extensive opportunities to develop your career through diverse engagements, mentorship, and formal learning programs. Key Responsibilities
- Technical Excellence: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively. Exhibit above-average proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Program management skills are a plus.
Skills and Attributes
- Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required. Preference will be given to candidates from a reputable BPO background (Senior Trainer level) or the hospitality industry.
- Experience: Preferably 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
