EUC Engineer

Role Overview
The EUC Engineering role serves as the platform owner responsible for end-to-end architecture, design, implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of existing environments within Amex GBT's global infrastructure. This position ensures elevated levels of system availability, resiliency, performance, and security compliance across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and VDI ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain current endpoint environments including OS image control for Windows and MacOS.
- Manage End Point Management (UEM) tools such as Tanium, Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and others across large-scale global implementations.
- Administer collaboration platforms including Zoom, Exchange, Teams, Snap, Box, Bomgar, DTEN, and related services.
- Create application packaging solutions within multiple UEM tool sets to streamline software distribution.
- Develop and execute rigorous patching routines to ensure adherence to global compliance mandates (NIST, ISO 27001).
- Leverage Windows Command Shell Scripting, VBScript, PowerShell, and other automation tools for deployment efficiency.
- Implement ITIL methodology for Incident Response, Problem Management, Configuration Management, and Change Control processes.
- Build comprehensive change plans presented to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) for approval.
- Create and maintain detailed platform documentation, training materials, and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions to business units.

Candidate expertise will be utilized with: AWS Workspaces, VMWare, Windows Cloud VDI solutions; Active Directory (AD) integration and GPO management; MDT, Sysprep, WIM, WinPE, registry editing; MSI packaging standards.
