ESP Archer Developer

EY is seeking an experienced ESP Archer Developer to join our Information Security GRC team in Gurgaon, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our InfoSec Archer platform, contributing to the full software lifecycle. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust solutions, leveraging Archer's capabilities to automate and enhance GRC processes.

As an Archer Developer, you will configure core and custom Archer modules, develop workflows, reports, and user manuals, and ensure seamless integration with the enterprise platform. Your responsibilities will include designing integrated data flows, managing releases, and providing ongoing support. A key aspect of this role is optimizing business processes through Archer and contributing to the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with industry trends and organizational objectives.

We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment. A solid understanding of Agile methodologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure Archer components using core and custom modules.
• Participate in the full software lifecycle, from analysis to deployment and testing.
• Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to align solutions with business needs.
• Develop comprehensive documentation including layouts, workflows, reports, and user manuals.
• Design integrated data flows and own releases for your scope of work.
• Optimize and automate business processes using Archer.
• Contribute to the Archer product roadmap and maintain development practices standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of RSA Archer v12.x core solutions, out-of-box workflows, and on-demand applications.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, analyzing business requirements, and creating user stories.
• 2-4 years of experience configuring Archer modules, on-demand applications, advanced workflows, and access controls.
• 1-3 years of experience with data analysis.
• Proficiency in Oracle, SQL, JavaScript, JSON, .NET, Python, and C.
• Experience with solution design and implementation within IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments is preferred.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Certification in RSA Archer, Agile, Microsoft, or ITIL.
• Experience with RSA Archer SaaS offerings.
