Role Overview

We are seeking an ERPNext Functional Expert & Implementation Specialist with 4–6 years of experience to bridge the gap between our high-volume manufacturing operations and technical development. This is a leadership role for a strategic thinker who can map complex shop-floor processes into flawless ERP workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & PRD Creation: Analyze production, inventory, and supply chain operations to write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Workflow & SOP Management: Design end-to-end business workflows and enforce Standard Operating Procedures across all departments.
• Functional Solution Design: Architect ERPNext module structures to solve specific challenges, prioritizing out-of-the-box features before customization.
• Developer Liaison: Act as the core bridge between stakeholders and developers; explain business logic and prioritize backlogs.
• Testing & QA: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system accuracy.
• ERPNext Configuration: Manage master data setup, BOMs, Routing, Item Groups, and Accounting within ERPNext.
• User Training: Create training materials for shop-floor staff on new workflows and SOPs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with production teams to ensure the system reflects real-world manufacturing constraints.

Requirements

• Experience: 4–6 years in ERPNext functional consulting or technical product management within Manufacturing (High-volume).
• Skill Set: Exceptional PRD/FRD writing, deep knowledge of standard ERPNext modules (Manufacturing, Buying, Selling), and strong process mapping abilities.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to foresee edge-cases in system designs.

Nice-to-Have

Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, OpenAI Codex) for prototyping and accelerating development is a major plus.
