Job Title: ERP Senior Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Power Platform Developer)

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled ERP Senior Specialist to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on developing and enhancing business applications within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform environment. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions that streamline processes and improve user experience.

Core Focus: Developing canvas and model-driven apps, and automating business processes using Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop flows) within the Microsoft 365/Power Platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to modernize manual or legacy processes.
• Create efficient automated workflows using Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows) to streamline business operations and integrations.
• Integrate applications with various data sources, including Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and third-party APIs.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into functional, user-friendly applications.
• Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) within Power Apps to promote high user adoption.
• Provide system maintenance support, including troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing existing solutions for performance and security.
• Implement advanced data modeling and management strategies using Microsoft Dataverse.
• Ensure developed solutions adhere to company data security policies, including role-based access control (RBAC).
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Required Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Proficiency in Power Fx formula language.
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint lists, and SQL Server data sources.
• Ability to build and utilize custom connectors.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, or JSON for extending functionality.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Virtual Agents (Copilot Studio), and Microsoft Teams integration is desirable.
• Experience with C#, JavaScript, PCF controls, GIT, .NET CRM Plugins, connecting Power Platform with Azure, SSIS, SSRS, and TFS is also required.
• Excellent communication and team-leading skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power Platform development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200), or App Maker (PL-100) are preferred.
