Full Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Provide expert application support for the SAP FICO module, including the swift troubleshooting and resolution of production issues and requests within defined SLAs.
- Take ownership of resolving production support tickets and service requests, ensuring prompt responses, effective fixes, thorough testing, and timely closure according to SLAs.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to guarantee the timely addressal of production support issues and requests.
- Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules, along with any necessary integrations with other SAP modules or peripheral systems, to align with business requirements.
- Engage closely with global business teams to deeply understand their processes and deliver system support, including fixing, developing, and testing system solutions that meet business needs.
- Partner with vendor development teams on solution design and implementation.
- Cultivate strong relationships with client stakeholders and lead presentations on project deliverables, design discussions, status updates, and innovation initiatives.
- Work with internal ZS expertise teams, including Finance, IT, and HR, to ensure the delivery of best-in-class technology solutions.
- Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the SAP landscape.
- Provide regular, clear updates to the team lead, maintaining high standards of communication.
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or a related computer-focused discipline.
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO.
- Demonstrated experience in an SAP support role.
- Proficiency in functional configuration of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (FI-GL), Controlling (CO), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), and Banking.
- Experience working with custom developments (WRICEF objects).
- SAP FICO Certification or experience in SAP Project Systems is considered a significant advantage.
- The flexibility to manage and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA/ServiceNow is an advantage.
- The ability to organize and coordinate diverse teams in complex environments.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory as ZS operates as a global firm.
