ERP Admin Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient ERP Admin Manager to oversee, maintain, and optimize Lighthouse ERP operations across all departments. This critical role involves comprehensive system administration, effective user management, prompt troubleshooting, ensuring data integrity, and close collaboration with internal teams to guarantee smooth ERP functioning and continuous system improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Lighthouse ERP system to uphold data integrity, security, and availability.
• Manage daily Lighthouse ERP operations and provide Level 1 & Level 2 user support.
• Configure and customize the Lighthouse ERP system to align with evolving business requirements and user needs.
• Monitor system performance, manage backups, and oversee data storage.
• Offer technical support and effective troubleshooting for Lighthouse ERP system users.
• Coordinate and implement Lighthouse ERP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Identify system gaps, propose enhancements, and support customization requests.
• Develop and generate insightful reports, dashboards, and analytics from Lighthouse ERP data.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Lighthouse ERP related queries.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive user training sessions and prepare user manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain meticulous documentation, process flows, and change logs.
• Monitor system logs and ensure adherence to IT compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related equivalent field.
• 2 to 4 years of mandatory hands-on experience as a Lighthouse ERP Administrator, ERP Support Specialist, or ERP Executive.
• Proven experience handling key Lighthouse ERP modules such as HRMS, Finance, Inventory, CRM, or Operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office Suite, and ERP reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Experience in Lighthouse ERP implementation or migration projects.
• Knowledge of SQL or basic database query language.
